Yes. Premium is billed monthly with no contract. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your reflections and quiz history are never deleted. If you downgrade to Free, you keep access to everything you have created but lose Premium-only features like detailed analytics and priority generation.
